The Jean-Duceppe project involves the complete renovation of a single-family home built in 1986 in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies.

On the ground floor, the open layout combines the kitchen and dining room to create a large, bright space, with a wide sliding door opening to the backyard and offering an uninterrupted view of the L'Assomption River. In the kitchen, the white cabinetry recedes to highlight the anthracite island and its porcelain countertop, making it the central feature. Upstairs, the new layout allows for the addition of a bathroom and a walk-in closet for the master bedroom.
