The Dunraven project involves the architectural renovation of a 1940s residence in Ville de Mont-Royal. Special attention was given to preserving the house's original features, while the layout was adapted to better suit the needs of the new occupants. The building envelope was also re-insulated from the inside, all windows were replaced, and a geothermal system now provides both heating and cooling.

At the entrance, a new area is defined by a custom-made white oak unit, topped with fluted glass. In the living room, the new fireplace is clad in green Vermont slate tiles. On the dining room side, a new arched opening conceals additional storage and facilitates access to the kitchen. A new glass bay is added to the kitchen to create a bright seating nook. The shaker-style kitchen cabinets nod to the house's origins, while the oak cabinetry adds a contemporary touch.

Upstairs, the new master suite layout takes full advantage of the morning light.
